Saint Paul’s Christian School is a non-denominational Christian school meeting the needs of children with learning disabilities in the Greenville area. Saint Paul’s offers a variety of programs for children with reading disabilities. The day school is for children in grades 1 through 8. Our curriculum offers remediation in reading and language arts within the context of a mainstream curriculum. Low student to teacher ratio (of no greater than 8:1) ensures personalized, intensive instruction. An after school reading program provides remediation for students ages 6 to 16 who are successful in a traditional school setting. Remediation is based on the Orton-Gillingham approach, a systematic phonetic instruction that emphasizes the predictable aspects of the English language structure through multi-sensory instruction.
